Adult Group Dance Lessons
Adult group dance lessons concentrate on all the Ballroom, American Latin and Salsa dancing. Each week we work on routines and progress so you have a complete dance routine in each of the dances.
The classes allow you to work at your own speed and we only move on when you feel comfortable.
We proud ourselves on our ability to make you feel comfortable and most of all we ensure you have fun!

Attend both the 7pm and our New Argentine Tango Lessons at 8pm for £6 per person

All the group lessons are held in the The Digmoor Community Centre.
Don’t worry if you work shifts or can not attend all the lessons, you’ll soon catch up!
A partner is not always required, but you may feel comfortable dancing with someone who you already know. We ask ladies to avoid wearing shoes without backs such as flip flops.
